Skylights & Roof Windows

A good skylight transforms a dark hallway or kitchen; a bad one is a leak with a view. Modern curb and deck-mount units with proper flashing kits are dramatically better than what most GTA homes carry from the 80s and 90s. We install new skylights, replace fogged or leaking units and repair flashing on existing ones.

Every skylight quote covers the interior finish (drywall returns, paint) and the roofing tie-in — because a skylight is a roofing job first and a window second, and it's the tie-in that decides whether it stays dry.
