Complaints & resolution
If a roofing job hasn't gone the way it should โ a repair that still lets water in, work left unfinished, damage to eavestroughs or landscaping โ we want to hear about it directly, and quickly, while it's easiest to put right.
How to raise a problem
- Email quotes@roofing-services.ca with your name, the job, and what's wrong. Photos help here just as much as they do at quoting.
- Prefer to call or write? (647) 494-1699, or post to Azaanex Inc., 5-145 1/2 Church St, Toronto, Ontario M5B 1Y4.
- We'll acknowledge your complaint within two business days.
- We'll investigate โ talking to everyone involved โ and come back to you with what we found and what we propose to do about it.
What resolution can look like
Depending on the issue: returning to correct the work, adjusting the bill, or both. A leak complaint usually starts with a return visit to trace and re-test the repair. If the job involved permitted structural work or hard-wired heat cables, the municipal building department or the Electrical Safety Authority also has its own complaint routes, and we'll point you to them where appropriate.
Ontario consumers are also protected under the Consumer Protection Act; nothing in our process limits your rights under it.
Complaints are handled by Azaanex Inc. (Ontario corporation no. 1766541-5), the company that operates Roofing-Services.ca.
